Terms of sale

1. Who is selling

2. Products and prices

The main characteristics of each product are described on its page. Pictures are for illustration and may differ slightly from the product.

Prices are in euro and include the VAT of the delivery country and shipping: there are no extra costs at checkout. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

With the payment button you place an order with an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when we send you the confirmation email, after the payment has gone through.

If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will let you know and refund the amount paid within 14 days.

4. Payment

Payments are handled by Mollie B.V., a payment institution licensed in the Netherlands. You can pay with the methods Mollie shows, such as card, PayPal or Apple Pay. We never receive or store your card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the countries listed on the site. Shipping is free. Products are dispatched from our logistics partners' warehouses in the European Union.

Delivery times on the product page are estimates in working days from order confirmation. When the order ships we email you a tracking link; you can also check its status on the “Track an order” page.

On delivery, check that the parcel is intact. If it is damaged, accept it with reservation or tell us within a few days at [email di assistenza].

6. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement at [email di assistenza], for example using the form below. We will tell you where to send the products back.

• Return the products within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.
• You bear the cost of returning the products.
• We refund all payments received within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof that you sent them.
• You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the nature and functioning of the product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months from delivery (Directive (EU) 2019/771 and Articles 128 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code). If a product is faulty, write to [email di assistenza]: you are entitled to free repair or replacement and, where these are not possible, to a price reduction or a refund.

8. Complaints and applicable law

For complaints write to [email di assistenza]: we reply within 10 working days.

The contract is governed by Italian law. Any more favourable mandatory rules of your country of residence still apply. Disputes fall under the courts of the place where you live.

9. Personal data

We only use your data to handle the order and meet legal obligations, as described in the privacy policy.
